Welcome to Shipper.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shipper macOS application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, or using Shipper, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
About Shipper
Shipper is a macOS application designed to help developers, designers, and app creators create, manage, export, and publish App Store screenshots and related visual assets.
Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase ("Shipper PRO").
Third-Party Licenses
Certain assets and third-party resources included in Shipper are subject to separate licenses.
Attribution and licensing information is available within the application and on our Credits & Licenses page.
Apple Trademarks
Apple, App Store, App Store Connect, macOS, iPhone, iPad, and Mac are trademarks of Apple Inc.
Shipper is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create, import, or upload using Shipper, including:
Screenshots
Images
Graphics
Text
Project files
Metadata
Shipper does not claim ownership of your content.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content imported into the application.
App Store Connect Integration
Shipper may allow you to connect to Apple's App Store Connect services.
By using this feature:
You authorize Shipper to access App Store Connect information necessary to perform actions requested by you.
You remain solely responsible for your App Store Connect account and any content uploaded through it.
You acknowledge that App Store Connect is operated by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and policies.
Shipper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
Purchases and Shipper PRO
Certain features may require the purchase of Shipper PRO.
Purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Pricing, billing, refunds, and payment processing are governed by Apple's policies and terms.
Shipper does not directly collect or store payment information.
Access to paid features may be modified, suspended, or revoked in accordance with applicable laws and Apple's platform requirements.
Templates and Assets
Shipper may include templates, graphics, illustrations, icons, and other assets.
Unless otherwise stated:
These assets may be used within projects created using Shipper.
You may modify exported screenshots and marketing materials generated with Shipper.
You may not redistribute, resell, repackage, or offer Shipper assets as standalone products or asset libraries.
Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
Intellectual Property
Shipper, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, user interface, templates, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for the rights expressly granted under these Terms, no rights, title, or interest are transferred to you.
The name "Shipper" and associated branding may not be used without prior written permission.
Privacy
Your use of Shipper is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shipper disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of:

Availability
Accuracy
We do not guarantee that:
The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Screenshots exported through Shipper will be accepted by Apple.
App Store Connect services will remain available or compatible.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shipper and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:
Use of the Service
Inability to use the Service
Data loss
Business interruption
App Store Connect issues
Third-party service failures
In any event, the total liability of Shipper shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Availability and Updates
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.
We are not obligated to provide any specific update, feature, compatibility, or support period.
Termination
You may stop using Shipper at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect after termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of Shipper after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
